I’ve made a new hat for myself. It’s the first time I’ve made something with cables, it was not as difficult as I’d thought – and I just love the result

Easy cowl / Lett hals

I made this yesterday – its so easy.
All you need is 2 balls of the Drops Eskimo yarn + a pair of number 10 knitting needles, a good friends next to you for conversation, 3 nice buttons – and just 1 1/2 hour later you have a nice easy warm neck-warmer. I made mine in pearl-knitting so I didn’t have to make button holes.

Post image for Knitted shouldervarmer for my grandmother

Brown moss stitch belly warmer in progress

Finally I’m ready with all the knitted Xmas presents, I’ve photographed all and will be displaying them on the blog after Xmas eve.
I’ve also started on some of my personal project – both in lovely chocolate brown . A combined belly and shoulder warmer and a pair of mittens.
